We are seeking a senior executive to establish and scale a Data Centre & Mission Critical Environments (DC/MCE) portfolio within a leading organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to build a division from the ground up – driving strategy, revenue growth and operational excellence in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the economy.

Award-Winning Opportunity

  • Executive package up to $380K incl. super + 25% STI + 20% LTI
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in the office)
  • This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
  • High visibility with leadership exposure
  • Autonomy to set strategy and deliver growth in a greenfield market
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning engineering, delivery, and operations
