Customer Service Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills and gain a Certificate III in Business. As part of the traineeship, you will work with our team to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries;
- Creating new customer accounts and processing account information;
- Preparing accounts for the processing team and communicating with clients regarding outstanding documents;
- Making sales and chasing up missed payments;
- Entering client information into our database and making decisions about client accounts.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong communication skills, learn how to handle difficult calls, and build a loyal customer base.
We are seeking a mature-minded individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you
