Job Title: Customer Service Trainee

This role is an excellent opportunity to start a career in customer service, working with a diverse range of customers and developing strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions and enquiries using various computer systems.
  • Liaise across departments to refer customer services enquiries onto relevant personnel.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow direction and procedures while showing initiative.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed.
  • High resilience level and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in processing credit card payments and cash handling is preferred.
