About the role
As a Customer Service Trainee, you will join the Customer Service team and learn how to provide Essential Energy's customers with a positive customer experience.
You will ensure excellence in every interaction, providing customers with safe and reliable power.
You will gain experience with customer-centric teams passionate about service.
You will earn a Certificate III in Business and develop valuable skills through structured training from our Customer Service team, external providers, and on-the-job experience.
You will learn about customer interaction, attention to detail, and using technology effectively.
One role is available in 2026, located in Port Macquarie.
