
Leading Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at a unique and popular tourist destination.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within a guest services-related role, with previous experience in a Guest Services management role within a multi-disciplinary operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Guest Services department to ensure high standards in guest services, ticketing, car parking, and cleaning.
- Spearheading efforts to enhance the guest experience through service excellence.
- Maintaining park presentation and accessibility, troubleshooting, and assisting in crisis management.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate operational information.
- Promoting and facilitating sales of National Trust memberships and interstate/international National Trust membership programs.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and POS/Reservation-based software.
- Able to prepare and present informative reports and conduct thorough investigations as required.
- A manual Driver's licence and/or First Aid qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
- A positive approach to WHS, ensuring safe workplace operations and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Comfortable working in an environment with mammals, birds, and reptiles, willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
