Job Description

Solutions Engineers play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs and showcasing how our products can address their pain points. This involves working closely with the Sales Team to identify areas where our solutions can have the greatest impact.

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and objectives through consultations and discovery sessions.
  • Customized Demos: Develop tailored product demos that cater to each customer's unique requirements and showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals that align with each customer's specific needs and expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and partnership.
  • Industry Expertise: Offer expert advice on industry best practices, trends, and standards to enhance the customer's experience and drive success.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including webinars and promotional content, to raise awareness and drive engagement.
  • Competitive Landscape: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Demo Environment Design: Design and maintain demo environments for various markets to facilitate efficient and effective product demonstrations.
  • Customer Success: Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by assisting the implementation team during customer handover.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or consulting in EHS or related fields. A background in Business, Engineering, or EHS is also required. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, CSP are highly valued but not mandatory.
