About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team in Australia. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and driving adoption of critical systems to ensure our success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and government cost accounting practices and experience working with cloud-based ERPs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, engineer solutions and ensure our systems align with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines and budgets.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • AUS Person status required as this position needs access to export controlled data.
