Senior Business Analyst - E-Commerce

A strategic thinker with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear technical solutions?

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across Product, IT, and Business Operations to shape new product and feature enhancement solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions to capture and define business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with internal development teams and third-party partners to scope, schedule, and manage delivery of technical builds.
  • Contribute to solution architecture in collaboration with innovation and technology leads.
  • Develop detailed stories/specifications, coordinate grooming and sprint planning.
  • Lead UAT and validation to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver value.
  • Provide technical briefings and documentation to support go-to-market readiness.

Who You Are

  • A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Experienced (8+ years) in business analysis, product innovation and technology delivery.
  • Adept at translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Confident working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Curious, tech-savvy and passionate about driving innovation.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience in agile development environments.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and drive project momentum.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and process improvement.
  • Degree qualified (desirable but not essential).
