Job Title: Night Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Expert - Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all overnight operations in the absence of the Night Manager and leadership team. You will also manage late-night arrivals and early departure account settlements, work with the finance team to reconcile audits, maintain compliance with operational guidelines, ensure department supplies are adequately stocked, create a safe work environment, monitor employee performance, handle period-end inventories, and achieve guest satisfaction and employee survey goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless overnight operations, including managing late-night arrivals and early departures.
  • Manage account settlements, reconcile audits, and maintain compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management, safety protocols, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial performance and minimize losses.
