
Overnight Front Office Manager

At a leading hospitality group, we believe that delivering exceptional guest experiences is paramount.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Overnight Front Office Manager to join our dynamic overnight front office team.
The ideal candidate will be an expert on the hotel's operations and surroundings, able to consistently exceed guest expectations with their knowledge and passion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the overnight front office and wider hotel operation, providing support with general operational tasks. They will also be expected to assist late arrival guests and early departing guests through the overnight check-in and departure process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily night pack reports
- Managing handovers between departments
- Building relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings
- Taking guest reservations and performing cash handling and credit card responsibilities
- Oversight of service standards and implementation of improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will also be expected to be a cultural innovator, providing motivation and support to our overnight front office staff. They will plan and execute team-building activities to ensure associates feel part of the global family.
Requirements include:
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar property management systems
- Previous experience working in an overnight Front Office team
- An eye for detail with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to self-manage and coordinate tasks
- Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiasm to grow your career
- Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
