As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.

Success in this role requires availability for overnight shifts, typically scheduled between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Responsibilities
  • Follow the GYG recipe guide and prepare quality Mexican dishes using fresh ingredients
  • Operate in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during overnight shifts
Qualifications
  • Availability for overnight shifts (typically 10 PM – 6 AM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
