**Job Title:** Overnight Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Night Manager. This role plays a crucial part in the pre-opening journey of the hotel, ensuring operational foundations, ways of working, and department culture are established.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Deliver exceptional guest services during overnight hours, providing prompt responses to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support overnight teams, including front desk agents and potential security personnel, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration.
  • Night Audit: Perform and ensure accuracy of Night Audit function, reconcile accounts and transactions, and IHG One Rewards audit, maintaining financial integrity and accountability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute key daily reports, including financial and operational reports, house status, guest arrivals, guest feedback, duty manager log, and daily briefings, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date.
  • Security: Monitor security systems, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff, prioritizing safety and well-being.
  • Crisis Management: Act as Chief Warden during emergencies, following crisis management procedures to ensure guest and team safety, responding effectively to unexpected situations.

During normal operations, this role involves supervising overnight staff, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring the safety and security of the property, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.
