About Our Property Manager
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
The primary focus of this role is to oversee land acquisition, easement disposal processes and manage leases and licenses between the council and other parties.
Key responsibilities include undertaking site inspections, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely written and verbal correspondence.
The successful candidate will have recognised tertiary qualifications in property or equivalent experience and related skills.
Demonstrated experience in property management, law and acquisition/disposal is also required.
Australian residency or citizenship and proof of right to work in Australia are mandatory requirements.
