We are seeking an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join our boutique land development, Forest Reach in Huntley within the Illawarra region.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Skills And Experience
  • A proven track record of success in residential land sales.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer service and community building.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • People management capability.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM).
  • Solutions-focused problem solving.
  • Sound financial acumen.

To be eligible, you must be available to work 5 days per week including weekends, with flexibility for a varied roster.
