Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and developing effective sourcing strategies.
As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will advise on hiring decisions, including job evaluation and salary decisions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the development of the team in current best-practice.
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes and campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Advise on hiring decisions, including job evaluation and salary decisions.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in driving recruitment processes and campaigns, as well as experience in developing bespoke recruitment campaign initiatives and digital media content.
Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes.
