About the Opportunity
  • You will work closely with an experienced Director who will provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to drive your professional growth.

  • A robust compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions (commission splits negotiated based on your skill and results)
  • One-on-one mentorship with an industry-leading Director to guide your development
  • Full administrative and marketing support to enable you to focus on sales strategy and execution
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new listings, private inspections, and auctions
  • Manage client relationships through timely follow-ups and regular communication
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of success
  • Current Certificate of Registration and reliable vehicle for travel within the designated area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
