Job Opportunity:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality audits on incoming products
  • Collaborate with the warehouse leadership team on audits and supplier onboarding
  • Ensure the B2 warehouse and loading docks meet all quality standards
  • Monitor product expiry dates, quality issues, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Partner with the operations supervisor to ensure all staff are trained in quality procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers and chefs to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, safe delivery and storage of goods
Requirements:
  • Certified quality assurance specialist with strong knowledge of food safety legislation
  • Experience in a food production or hospitality environment with an understanding of food microbiology
  • Certificate IV in training and assessment (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
