Lead Quality Change in Community Care

We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive quality assurance, risk management, and compliance across community aged care programs.

This pivotal role involves leading quality audits and assurance programs, identifying risks and implementing effective controls, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, providing advanced clinical support, collaborating with leadership to deliver education and professional development, overseeing documentation, care protocols, and policy reviews, and representing community services in governance and compliance forums.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure our services meet the highest standards of safety, care, and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives and contribute to our mission of redefining quality in community care.

About the Role
  • Lead quality audits and assurance programs
  • Identify and implement effective risk controls
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards
  • Provide advanced clinical support
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver education and professional development
  • Oversee documentation, care protocols, and policy reviews
  • Represent community services in governance and compliance forums
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in quality, risk, or clinical governance within aged care or community services
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • APHRA registration as a Nurse or Allied Health professional
  • 3-5 years' experience in community aged care
  • High-level communication, digital literacy, and initiative
