Quality Assurance Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of the organization. The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.

  • Conduct daily audits to ensure adherence to HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to implement new supplier onboarding processes
  • Oversee the maintenance of B2 warehouse and loading docks to ensure they meet all HACCP requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of product expiry dates, quality issues, and report discrepancies promptly
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure all staff are trained in quality procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers and chefs to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely delivery and storage of goods

We are looking for someone with:

  • Certified Food Safety Supervisor and HACCP Auditor with strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Experience in a food production or hospitality environment with a solid understanding of food microbiology
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive approach with a focus on finding solutions
