Seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Service Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Ford vehicles meet and exceed manufacturer requirements.

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience performing road tests and quality control functions, it's a plus But what we value most is your passion for delivering exceptional results and commitment to customer satisfaction.

This role entails carrying out quality control inspections and road tests on all Ford vehicles going through the workshop. You will also assist the Workshop Controller in the daily functioning of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete final quality control checks on vehicles to ensure they meet manufacturer requirements
  • Fulfill waiting customer requirements and perform road tests
  • Assist the Workshop Controller in the daily functioning of the workshop
  • Carry out checks on used vehicles coming through the workshop

Requirements:

  • Qualified technician or senior technician with a current QLD manual driver license
  • Previous experience performing road tests and quality control functions (but not essential)
