As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing quality assurance processes within forensic and compliance-oriented environments.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of standards such as ISO 18385, particularly relating to the supply of DNA kits for law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct internal and supplier audits; update procedures to meet ISO standards.
- Manage environmental sampling and report lab results.
- Perform trend analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor risks and continuous improvement via Event Record App.
- Prepare standard reports on quality outcomes.
- Maintain supplier documentation and support reviews.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of equipment.
- Review and update quality procedures aligned with operational changes.
- Assess product/process risks to ensure compliance.
- Support development of new forensic products and kits.
- Record quality data using approved databases.
- Adhere to Aruma's Code of Conduct and QMS-related policies.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and planning.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate external audits.
