
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide exceptional customer service to our users.
- Provide technical support and desktop assistance to agreed service levels
- Offer first-level troubleshooting assistance via various communication channels
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft applications
- Assist with Avant application setup and maintenance
- Conduct equipment installation, support, and relocation
- Manage printer administration
- Foster a culture of security compliance
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience as a Level 1 Service Desk technician in a corporate environment
- A valid work visa to work permanently in Australia
- A working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software, and active directory, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of Active Directory
- A working knowledge of desktops and mobile devices, including tablets (Surface Pro)
- An ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirable
- Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
