About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide exceptional customer service to our users.

  • Provide technical support and desktop assistance to agreed service levels
  • Offer first-level troubleshooting assistance via various communication channels
  • Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft applications
  • Assist with Avant application setup and maintenance
  • Conduct equipment installation, support, and relocation
  • Manage printer administration
  • Foster a culture of security compliance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience as a Level 1 Service Desk technician in a corporate environment
  • A valid work visa to work permanently in Australia
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software, and active directory, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong understanding of Active Directory
  • A working knowledge of desktops and mobile devices, including tablets (Surface Pro)
  • An ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirable
  • Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
