Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QLD Children's Hospital Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for experienced Help Desk Operators.

Responsible for the efficient delivery of Help desk and client interface services. The role will be required to follow, processes and procedures; ensure accurate and consistent processing of service events are provided, and compliance with all reasonable direction from line manager. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and promotion and support of our safety culture framework.

**The Position**
- Ensure integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered into QFM.
- Being available to cover rostered shift between 6am to 6pm on Monday to Friday normal workdays.
- Identifying process improvements and innovations.
- Interact with Management, Delta FM Staff, Subcontractors, Hospital staff at all levels and General public
- Maintain and report on any complaints made to the help desk

**The Person**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
- Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system.
- In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
