Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Service Desk Officer. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our staff, ensuring that they have access to high-quality IT services at all times.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide Level 1 support to users, responding to requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining service desk processes, procedures, and documentation, as well as providing support to Apple and Android mobile devices.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a proven track record of providing front-line level support to end-users. They should also have experience working within a Windows/O365 environment, as well as the ability to use provided knowledge bases when necessary. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this position.

We offer a dynamic and energetic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. The contract period is six months, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality first point of contact for customers
  • Responding to requests and incidents following defined processes
