Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. The successful candidate will provide exceptional IT support and service, ensuring that all colleagues have access to the technology they need to perform their duties efficiently.

The Service Desk is a collaborative group responsible for helping colleagues in their work. Although most daily tasks will be autonomous, the team regularly works together and supports each other.

This role demands high standards of customer service and a willingness to provide excellent IT support. You will be comfortable with various technologies and always be keen to learn more.

You will be empathetic and able to see things through others' eyes. You will want to leave people feeling positive and reassured that you can help them.

  • Work within our Technology Team
  • Action IT incidents and requests by triaging, providing technical troubleshooting, and escalating to other teams
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding in an empathetic and nurturing manner
  • Be willing to share knowledge with all Technology team members
  • Support and collaborate with other team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred but not essential
