Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert care and support to individuals living with dementia.

This is a clinical position that requires professional accountability and responsibility, working closely with management, carers, and allied health professionals to deliver tailored care plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and support for the delivery of high-quality care
  • Educating and mentoring staff on clinical areas and processes
  • Consultative case management and clinical decision-making
  • Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • 2-3 years' experience in aged care or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medication compliance and dementia care principles
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
