Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level HR advice and driving organisational change across the business.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on human resources policy, employment law, and award interpretation.
- Lead and support major change management initiatives.
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend outcomes.
- Support and coach leaders on performance management and improvement plans.
- Guide and mentor junior HR team members.
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
- Ongoing professional development is also essential for this role.
- A recognised qualification in human resources (HR) or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting a large blue-collar workforce.
- A strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
- Confidence in handling IR/ER issues and workplace investigations.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) platforms.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of integrity and discretion.
- A valid driver's license and unrestricted Australian working rights.
