Opportunities abound for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Executing key operational activities supports delivery plans and drives business performance
  • Ensure assets are available to meet production demands
  • Liaise with drivers and customers for seamless service delivery
  • Carry out administrative tasks including checking invoices and billed items
  • Address dispatch issues and coordinate alternative arrangements as needed
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar dispatch coordinator role or transport background
  • Proven resilience and problem-solving skills
  • High energy levels to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety principles relating to drivers
  • Familiarity with software such as JDE and/or Excel is beneficial but not essential

This position features an early start, typically from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The pay rate for this position is $38 per hour, with opportunities for career progression.
