Operations Coordinator

Our company is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Faults Dispatch team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching work orders for execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to health and safety protocols.

The role involves prioritizing and coordinating works to resolve issues in a timely manner, while maintaining accurate records and updating relevant information systems. This includes managing fault activities during normal, emergency, and escalated events to minimize unplanned customer minutes off supply.

About the Role:

  • Update accurate records and maintain relevant information systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external authorities to achieve informed prioritization of works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch work orders for execution.
  • Monitor and update progress in real-time using initiative to identify, resolve or escalate exceptions and variations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external authorities to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma qualification in ESI Power Systems or a relevant technical trade discipline with field experience.
  • Extensive experience in the coordination, dispatch and control of work and/or resources within the utilities sector.
