
Category Growth Strategist

As a key member of our Market Development & Commercialization (MDC) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth strategies and delivering shopper-led Go-To-Market plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute shopper insight-led best-in-class Go-To-Market strategies that achieve defined business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in FMCG Trade and/or Shopper Marketing Management to join our organization and contribute to the development of shopper activation programs.
Key responsibilities include leading the Suntory Oceania Licensed portfolio on shopper strategy development, partnering with Off-Premise retailers to deliver market share gains, and translating strategy into deployment of BTL activations.

- Lead the development of shopper strategy for the Suntory Oceania Licensed portfolio
- Partner with Off-Premise retailers to deliver market share gains
- Translate strategy into deployment of BTL activations
- Drive strategic growth initiatives through shopper activation programs
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Business discipline preferred
- FMCG Trade and/or Shopper Marketing Management expertise (7-10yrs)
- Advanced Project Management capability
- Analytical skills with tools like ACN/Aztec/Quantium/Shopper Intelligence
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to provide both strategic vision and hands-on leadership
