We are seeking a seasoned Communications Director to spearhead our Asia operations.

This key role will lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy that showcases our franchises and games across Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, South East Asia, Korea, Japan, and China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building engaged audiences through culturally relevant content and partnerships with media and influencers.

They will also manage relationships with agency partners to drive commercial success for our franchises.

A strong understanding of gaming, esports, and entertainment news is essential to inform strategic decisions.

This role requires close collaboration with global teams to execute campaigns and events aligned with our overall strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing regional communications plans and developing engaging content.

They must be able to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our Microsoft communications teams to ensure alignment across media outreach, events, and key communications beats.
