Client Experience Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Client Experience team, enhancing the client experience in Melbourne's Inner South and Bayside suburbs.

The successful candidate will mentor, guide, and motivate Care Managers to reach individual and team objectives. Through effective leadership, a high-performing, client-centred culture is cultivated, ensuring exceptional, person-focused care aligned with our values and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the business as a professional leader in aged care and advocate for our brand within the community.
  • Provide daily leadership to Care Managers to support an effective caregiver workforce and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Review clients to drive business growth, implement strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage care operations and maintain accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal.
  • Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring clinical needs and management plans are recorded and addressed appropriately.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. social work, allied health).
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services.
  • Experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients preferably in Aged Care.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills including a high-level computer and accurate data entry skills.
