Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Coordinator to join our team of dedicated food production professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate equipment setup online based on the daily schedule.
  • Perform pre-inspection of products being placed into meals manually to ensure they meet product specifications prior to line startup.
  • Ensure the line is running by expected start times.
  • Safety Protocols:
    • Rotate line operators as per expected rotation intervals based on the task being performed.
    • Ensure line operators wear appropriate personal protective equipment each day.
  • Liaise with the team leader to maintain productivity and ensure best practice is followed.
  • Collaborate with the production supervisor to optimize line efficiency and address issues related to variable weights not meeting QA expectations due to ingredient quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production, preferably in a Line Leader role.
  • Immediate availability for work.
  • High attention to detail and ability to read instructions.
  • Able to lift up to 20kg.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Willingness to work ongoing shifts.
