Marketing Communications Specialist, Process Industries

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Process Industries Division in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing communications strategies to drive business objectives and enhance the company's brand and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy marketing communications activities in line with global and local communication strategies, standards, and guidelines.
- Translate global business line marketing and communications strategies into action plans for the local unit.
- Select and adapt marketing communications tools to support sales initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Adapt and develop promotional activities to promote products, systems, and services across the lifecycle.
- Stimulate lead generation through marketing automation, advertising, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure sound communication across multiple trade media to extend the company's visibility.
- Develop employee engagement and drive internal communications.
Requirements:
- University degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a communication agency or related B2B industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology in an easy and engaging way.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Creative personality and innovative mindset with the capacity to come up with new and fresh ideas.
- Solution-focused and self-starter mindset combined with passion for strategic and analytical thinking.
- Digital marketing and marketing automation knowledge (Salesforce, Pardot, etc).
