Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Courtyard Sydney-North Ryde. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • Supervise and manage employees, including monitoring their performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
