We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive - Solar and Wind Energy Solutions to join our team at AZZO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving demand for our integrated technology solutions in the solar and wind energy sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and close sales opportunities.
- Build strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the solar and wind energy industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive complete solution sales.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities for our EnergyX offer.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the Renewable Energy industry.
- Strategic understanding of demand creation, opportunity management, and market development.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and construction documents.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a Nationally Accredited Course.
- Experience in Renewable Energy Sales or as an Electrician.
- Background in the Australian Energy Market Operations is highly desirable.
