Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Pest team in Geelong.
Your primary responsibility will be to use your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory, as well as maintaining an existing portfolio.
You will be responsible for covering the Geelong territory from Warnambool up to Williamstown.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B Sales, with a strong ability to develop and implement sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND MANAGE A SALES PIPELINE
- IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DELIVER SUCCESSFUL SALES
- Proven track record in B2B Sales
- Ability to adhere to KPIs to ensure success
