About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our client's sales team in Perth, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of new opportunities as well as conduct regular pipeline reviews
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients (both in person & virtual)
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of B2B sales experience - selling intangible solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and closing new business
  • A solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail

Benefits:

Salary: $80- $90k + car allowance + super + uncapped commission ($120-$130K realistic OTE in first year)
