Student Experience Manager (Events Planner):

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Experience Manager to join our team. As the Student Experience Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that cater to our student residents' diverse interests and needs. Your primary goal is to design engaging experiences that promote social interaction, skill development, and community building among our students.

This is an exciting and varied role where you will:

  • Prepare monthly engagement reports to measure the success of our events.
  • Create compelling content for our events and activities on our social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm innovative event ideas that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Escalate, manage, and resolve any incidents that may arise during events.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to our student ambassadors, promoting their growth and development.
  • Update attendance trackers and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field, accompanied by at least 2 years of experience in customer service or event management.
  • Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by students, as well as leadership and supervisory skills.
  • The ability to document and communicate information accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner.
  • A focus on delivering outstanding experiences and a passion for excellence.
