This is a leadership position that requires a unique blend of operational knowledge, strategic thinking, and people management skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, drive revenue growth through creative promotions and upselling opportunities, and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Leadership, training, and development of the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Close collaboration with the Head Chef and kitchen team to optimize service delivery and menu offerings.
  • Effective rostering, budgeting, ordering, and stock control to maximize profitability.
  • Implementation and maintenance of venue standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Strategic planning and execution of events, promotions, and upselling initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and health & safety regulations.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Minimum three years of experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues.
  • A proven track record of leadership, financial management, and staff empowerment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of food, beverage, and emerging trends in the hospitality industry.
