Workplace Experience Leader

A strategic leader is required to shape and execute workplace experiences that inspire connection, collaboration, and productivity.

This role combines high-level oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring a workplace environment that fosters NAB's commitment to customer centricity and service excellence.

  • Oversee diverse portfolios of services including executive and board support, concierge services, events and hospitality management, visitor and access management, on-site support services, catering, kitchen and utility services, carparking, end of trip facilities, and mail services.
  • Collaborate with building management and service providers to deliver best-in-class services aligned with NAB's goals for quality, speed, and customer centricity.
  • Develop and implement workplace strategies that anticipate and exceed the needs of colleagues, driving improvements in service delivery and experience.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, fostering alignment between workplace services and organisational priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Workplace Leads, Consultants, and Advisors to deliver seamless service.
