AWS Incident Response Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Incident Response Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the resolution of large-scale customer-impacting issues, identifying and troubleshooting recurring platform issues, and mentoring peers in your areas of technical and operational strength.
About the Role
You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective incident response, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers. Your expertise in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, as well as your experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflows, will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the resolution of large-scale customer-impacting issues as part of a team rotation, including some weekends and holidays.
- Identify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues and own projects to drive improvements.
- Participate in Agile sprints to evolve business processes and technologies.
- Create and review documentation; design new standard operating procedures.
- Mentor peers in your areas of technical and operational strength.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow.
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings.
- 3+ years of technical support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system.
