Job Title: Access Management Specialist
About the Role:This role involves ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management within an organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Onboarding and supporting the integration of services into identity processes and solutions
- Operating the organization's identity and access management (IAM) systems and processes
- Developing and maintaining automation to support operational use cases
- Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining security infrastructure
- Triaging, handling, or escalating security issues as needed
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a developer, systems engineering, or security engineering role, with automation and coding skills, and proficiency in Python or a similar language. A strong understanding of identity management concepts, security standards, protocols, and best practices is essential.
The candidate should have a solid grasp of identity management principles, including onboarding, offboarding, and identity lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
