Technical Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team of subject matter experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise for client environments and incident management within their IT service management toolset.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft server products and integrated technologies, as well as knowledge of Delinea Secret Server, Active Directory & Identity Management Services, Citrix Studios & Director, and advanced scripting.

In addition, the candidate should possess proficiency in ITIL V3/V4 certification, Tenable AD Experience, Certificate Management Experience, and NV2 security clearance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  • Provide Level 3 Technical Support and administration via clients IT service management toolset within the Service Health Indicator (SHI) timeframe.
  • Engage with third-party vendors.
  • Participate in client projects when required.
  • Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and update detailed level designs.
