Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to provide technical expertise in identity and access management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 technical support and administration via clients IT Service Management toolset within the agreed Service Health Indicator timeframe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Third-party vendor engagement
  • Participating in client projects as required
  • Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Developing and updating detailed level designs

Preferred qualifications include demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server products and integrated technologies, such as Active Directory and Identify Management Services. Proficiency in advanced scripting and ITIL V3/V4 certification are also desirable.

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts responsible for providing technical expertise for clients' various environments and providing L3 IDAM incident management within their ITSM toolset.
