
Business Development Representative

We are in search of a proficient and experienced Business Development Representative to help us grow our business.
To be successful in this job role, you must have hands-on experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and digital outreach.
2. Consultative Approach: Educate and assist prospects in making informed decisions about high-value personal development programs.
3. Pipeline Development & Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize digital campaigns to attract the right audience and maximize conversions.
5. Marketing and Lead Generation: Latest AI marketing training and access to in-house tools will be provided.
6. Ongoing Skill Development: Take advantage of continuous training to enhance your marketing, sales, and leadership abilities.
Your Key Attributes:
1. Proven 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar job role.
2. Impressive communication skills.
3. Extensive experience with various sales techniques.
4. Proven record of achieving sales quotas.
5. Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM software.
6. Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics.
7. Good leadership skills.
8. A hunter mentality and be open to a strictly performance-based remuneration package.
9. Seeking personal growth, leadership, and professional development opportunities.
10. A self-starter looking for flexibility and autonomy.
