**Our Role**

As the Sales Development Representative, you will partner with our ANZ Sales Team to seek new business opportunities by contacting, developing and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will build a solid pipeline, qualify leads, and drive conversion. Ideally, supply chain and logistics are at the heart of what you do as you will depend on industry knowledge to work with our customers and demonstrate the true value of CartonCloud's software. This role is much more about identifying the value and understanding requirements, rather than the "hard sell", as you guide conversations from prospecting to closure. As you build your product knowledge and sales capability, our Sales Team will be focused on guiding your career towards a full Business Development Manager role.

**To be successful, we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience and confidence in building out a sales pipeline
- Strong capability in running a value-based, solution sales process
- Industry understanding in supply chain and logistics, having ideally been involved operationally in the 3PL space
- Experience as a user of Warehouse Management Systems or Transport Management Systems will be highly regarded
- The energy and passion that helps you pick up the phone and manage objections with an eye on the future
- Strong, clear, and well organised written and oral communication skills
- Driven, adaptable, willing to learnyou love the thrill of your client's "ah-haa moment" and are genuinely excited to embark on this adventure with CartonCloud
