Procurement Assistant Job

This entry-level role is a great opportunity to join our national Procurement team as a support member. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, assisting them with their queries under the supervision of a Procurement Supervisor.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Procurement Assistant, your key duties include:

  • Raising purchase orders and following up on enquiries with suppliers
  • Data entry and administration tasks
  • Answering phone calls while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Working full-time with flexible hybrid work-from-home options (3 office days), Monday to Friday
