Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing aftersales technical service operations, ensuring dealer technicians are equipped to service vehicles to manufacturer standards.

This role also involves developing and delivering technical training for Foton's light trucks and LCVs, including internal combustion and future new energy vehicle models.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities include delivering face-to-face and virtual technical training, developing and updating training content, and providing in-field technical support.

Additionally, the Technical Services Manager will monitor and analyse technical trends, implement training interventions, and collaborate with OEMs and internal teams.

Qualifications include a minimum 5 years' experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles, with EV/hybrid knowledge preferred.

Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) are also required.
