Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and efficiently managing the process and resources required to deliver maintenance and modification services.

About the Role

This role operates within the 145 Airworthiness regulations and is primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring production plans, taking into consideration manpower, tooling, and parts availability. You will harness the power of production data analysis to identify areas for improvement and spearhead solutions to deliver safe, cost-effective, and timely maintenance to our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage production plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in production planning, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to obtain a Defence security clearance (Baseline)
  • Australian citizenship
